Opening a small business is not an easy task but it can be accomplished if you stay positive and are willing to take the risks that come with starting a business. All businesses big and small started from the place and the success of them depends on the entrepreneurs drive to succeed. I recently asked some questions to a small business owner in the service industry on why he wanted to start his business? And what it took to accomplish the success that he has today on running his business?
Francisco Anguiano is an entrepreneur that owns and runs a Bookkeeping office in Santa
Barbara CA. His business has proven to be extremely successful year after year. He provides bookkeeping services for business owners ranging from fast food restaurants to truck drivers, and his office also offers tax preparation services and consulting. His small office is well known around town especially by the Latino community which makes up the biggest percentage of his client base.
Opening his small bookkeeping office was not an easy task for Francisco, he had some challenges that set him back but he overcame them and became successful. Prior to opening his bookkeeping office, Francisco was a car sales man at a local dealership where he was very successful and he was making good money but he wanted something better. He wanted to be his own boss and wanted to provide some kind of service for the community. He went to a small business college and decided to open his office.
