The e-model chosen for this assignment is Business to Consumer (B2C) model.

The websites to be analyzed are:

1. Peugeot Australia URL: http://www.peugeot.com.au/

2. Kia Motors Australia URL: http://www.kia.com.au/

3. Hyundai Motor Company Australia URL: http://www.hyundai.com.au/

2. For each chosen website, in 1-2 paragraphs, explain why the website belongs to that particular e-business model.

All the websites fit in B2B Business Model.

1. Peugeot Australia: The website though provides the information about its products i.e. new cars, used cars and its various services to the customers whether individual or business (under business & fleet) but direct to the dealers which are the ultimate providers/sellers of the product and services. Thus, it doesn't deal directly with the customers but provides the detail of the companies business and direct to the other business.

As, it acts as an intermediary between the customer and dealer, it is a B2B business model. (Jones P., 2000)

2. Kia Motors Australia: Through this website Kia Motors Australia provide the detail information about its models available in Australia along with the showroom locations, its after sales services and their providers and other information useful for the people who want to buy. However, again as this is not a website which let the customers have a direct purchase and instead act as an intermediary so it also fits in B2B e-business model.

3. Hyundai Motor Company Australia: The website of Hyundai Motor Company Australia offers almost the same information as the other websites mentioned above with no direct dealing with the customers. One can get a great deal of knowledge about the company's products/models in the market and all other services the company provides with linking the customer or viewer to the nearest dealer to make the final purchase. This website thus, again comes under B2B model.

1. Peugeot Australia: The Principal goal of Peugeot Australia is to demonstrate an ability to endure and succeed in one of the world's most competitive automotive markets and continue to respond to Australia's changing social and economic landscape. Some of the goals of the website are:

• Reach the potential customers and address their needs and requirements.

• Provide detailed information about their models in the market

• Reach the wider market as compared to the customers who visit the showrooms and provide first hand information about the models.

• Provide information about the nearest dealers to the customer

• Attract the customers towards their brands by proving the impressive information in an attractive manner with appropriate visual aids.

• To provide information about after sale services and other requirements of the current owners like buying parts and accessories

• To attract the customers by providing the information about their media presence.

• Provide Opportunity to the customer to design their own car according to their requirement

2. Kia Motors Australia: The main goal of the organization is to provide diverse range of vehicles around the world and widen its international presence. Along with this the company strives to be recognized as the brand providing cars which embody some of the smartest automotive thinking in the world. Other goals of the website are:

• Reach the potential customers and address their needs and requirements.

• Provide detailed information about their models in the market
