In order to explore new opportunities within the commercial market for our new container system, resource requirements and schedule have been compiled and are presented below.

Resource requirements to complete this analysis are personnel and time. Time allocations to complete tasks are depicted in the schedule following the personnel requirements. The personnel requirements list below identifies those personnel that will participate in the analysis and the necessary skills and expertise they will require to successfully complete their assigned tasks.

Market Research Agency - Understand the business requirements of the company

Finance Manager - Understanding relevant costs for different activities in business
