I have created a process that will allow a team of volunteers to travel to Houston. They will help with food preparation and distribution for the people staying in the Astrodome.
Who can participate in the program?
As an employee of Nordstrom, the workers have the opportunity to participate in a volunteer program that will take place in Houston. Our company president will grant volunteers a 2-week paid leave of absence from their jobs. But, they must get approval from their manager to take part in the program. Also, our company president has specified that he would like a team of 20 volunteers which means it is possible some people may not be able to go. I recommend that the managers choose the team because they are most familiar with the employees.
How to Sign Up?
After receiving approval from their manager, sign up is easy. If the employees are interested, they can send an email to devp208@bu.edu by September 19, 2005. There
