Red Hat company is among the S&P 500 companies. Which is provide free and open source software. They are also a major Linux Distribution vendor. Over the last four years Red Hat performed well. The revenue of the company is going up. Which is the good sign for the company as well as investors. They have revenue in 2008 is $523.02M, and it increase to $909.28M. I think their model and strategy work vary well.As per company making money because they have lots of services to give the customer. and they have so much solution sector so anybody can help. IT, and in industry sector they provide eduction, financial, government, healthcare, oil and gas. but company's total revenue is on 2008 at $523.02m
where as in 2011 Q4, total revenue is 244.8 and after EBIT is 40.24 at last net income of the company year ended od the 2011 in Q4 33.53.
So according to my opinion we have to invest in this huge company those same senior managers also rate Red Hat as a company that is one of the most reliable software vendors. they deliver high quality products, meet them commitments, and are responsive to our customers' needs.so more invest and make good money. role model of this compnyCompany's Total revenue for year ending feb 2008- $523.02M
