Reflection
The diet I am following is not healthy or balanced. The amounts of foods from Different groups I consume in a day do not meet the RDA. On day one, I found that I ate too many group 5 foods, which are oil, and I did not have enough carbohydrates and fruit, which are essential for living a healthy and functional live style. On day 2 I consumed to much oil and dairy these are found in foods which come from groups 5 and 3 on the other hand I didn't eat enough foods containing carbohydrates which are foods from group 1.On the last day because i had small snaky foods they contained a large amount of dairy and oil which are not filling and are very fattening and do no good for your body. I was also lacking Carbohydrates group1 foods and group 2 foods, which are fruit and vegetables, which provide our body with vitamins. On these three days I took my Concerta on the last day that's why I had small portions of food and the food was not healthy but convenient snaky food because when I am on Concerta my appetite is suppressed making me not hungry ,so I barely eat which is very unhealthy. I should have healthy smoothies, which I have tried before and have meal replacements for when I am on Concerta. Meal replacements replace the vitamins, nutrients, and goodness that foods from all food groups would provide our bodies with. My meals proportions are either too big or to small but I need to work on them being balanced depending on what time of the day the meal is consumed. I love fruit and vegetables and dislike meat but still eat it, but my nutrition diary is
