1. RELATION OF REPUTATION WITH OTHER PARAMETERS:

Reputation of any company is not the separate thing in itself, they are interlinked with many of the other parameters like:-

Customer support system-:-

Customer support system give the surety to customer that after purchasing the service if service malfunctions then customer will not have to suffer to get it corrected.

Promotional activities (like advertisement support, visibility of brand, offerings to both customers and dealers etc.). Promotional activities increase the brand awareness, which puts the brand at top of mind of customer at the time of purchase, which increase reputation and the probability of sales.

2. AFTER SALES SERVICE:

To keep after sales service at par company has to give proper attention to it’s: -

 Technical force ability to detect fault.

 Availability of spare parts when they are required.

 Availability of service vehicle when it is required.

 Efficiency of its call center, in a way time taken in forwarding a complaint to service center and its ability to handle heavy traffic.
