Rent vs. Buying

Renting an apartment is a better option than buying a house. I think renting is better than buying because if you buy your own house you have to maintain you house yourself when it needs repairs. If you're renting an apartment the property owner has to repair the damages or anything that needs to be repaired beside the things you mess up in the apartment. In my own opinion I think renting is somewhat better than buying. When your renting and your lease is up you can move anywhere you want but, if own your house you cannot just up an move when you want, first you have to sell your house and in this economy I do not think anyone can sell their house right now unless you are selling it below market value.
