The report gives a brief summary of why the company should implement a new Health and Well-being strategy. It explains shortly what a Health and Well-being strategy is, why we need to promote workers health and well-being, what we can do to prevent injuries from happening, and what to do with the rehabilitation of affected employees. Furthermore it explains the main areas the company should prioritize when making in a Health and Well-being plan, and finally why it is important to have this plan.
The effect of implementing this plan will hopefully be closer monitoring of the health and well-being of workers, and a new change of business culture towards better health and a start to raise attention to these aspects.
