Group A: Standard Questions
1) Tell me something about yourself?
Ans. I am a person who enjoys challenges. I look forward to creative solutions for problems. I have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to get along with people well.
2) Why should I hire you?
Ans. I am energetic, optimistic, flexible and good team player. I am eager to learn new things. Moreover I have the right education and aptitude for the job. I am responsible and dedicated to my job. I will prove an asset to your company.
3) What are your strengths?
Ans. I am self motivated to handle my work and responsibilities. I am hard working, persistent and never give up. I am optimistic and accept challenges to accomplish my dreams. Moreover, I have good communication skills and an analytical abilities. I am honest in my dealings and have great patience. Above all I have complete faith in God.
4) What are your weaknesses?
Ans. I lay emphasis on my projects being done according to quality standards. Sometimes my juniors get frustrated but I try to educate them with the importance of quality work and how it results in making our product unique, and thereby resulting in more business for the company. Moreover I can't sit idle and become very workaholic to achieve my target.

1) How did you cope?
Ans. Once, while working for the Telecom Company, I was in the middle of drawing up my departmental budget when I was asked to put together the costing for a big project we were tendering for. Immediately I set about drawing an outline of all the information I needed for the costing. I assigned a portion to each of the staff members. The next few days kept me busy in drawing the schedules of the tasks that needed to be implemented to complete the costing. I met the staff often and got there feedback.
