Stress is the basic human response to changes that occur as a part of everyday life. Some of the changes that take place are smaller and not as important, but all changes create stress for us as humans. In current studies it has been determined that daily situations can have a larger impact of stress on us and produce more traumatizing events in life. In the human body one of the hardest working objects is our mind. It tells us when to eat, sleep, talk, etc…; however, stress can play a negative role involving our minds. It can produce thoughts of worry, anxiety, depression, and even sadness. It seems to act as if it was an emotional allergy, meaning that our minds and bodies become sensitive and may have a negative reaction.
Our bodies go through strenuous situations on a daily basis yet people do not realize that one of the most strenuous situations that are bodies endure is stress. It can cause many health impacts on our body. To mush stress can cause breathing problems, restlessness, depression, and other related health problems. In a recent study it notes that a stress overload seems to make some people more prone to diseases and disorders. It was shown that stress can be major factors in ulcers, hypertension, heart disease, headaches, asthma, allergies, alcoholism, skin disorders, and even some types of cancer. It can continue for long or short periods of time, it can also come and go. Though, whether or not stress has these effects on the body usually depends on the person and how they handle their stressful situations.
Every relationship has its good times and bad times, however stress can really bring out the negative aspects of a relationship. It can also cause much sadness and grief between two people. For all positive qualities a relationship holds, stress is bound to happen. The stress level in a relationship varies some more and some less, depending on how the persons handle their stress level. Understanding stress in relationships is very significant in overcoming it. Doing so can allow you to make the best of the relationship and travel along the up and down periods with a positive outlook. There are different periods in a relationship and the stress level can change for each period.
