The CIA works act of spying on a country, organization, movement, or person. Using this method, the CIA evaluates and interprets information from its agents and researchers. There have been many reasons for the development of the CIA. The reasons are because of the National security act, the central intelligence act, and the fear of communism before the Cold War. Those are the reasons for the development of the CIA.

The National Security Act of 1947 was one reason for the development of the CIA. The National Security Act basically established the National Security Council, reorganized the US Air Forces and it merged the war and navy into the National Military Establishment and also the Central intelligence agency. The U.S Air Forces also had a mission statement which is on values strong culture and ethics. The Air Force is one of many organizations that are outcome oriented. Its goal is to complete missions of success with the least amount of problems or lost lives as possible. To accomplish the Air Force goals, a chain of command is a must. In addition, the organization relies on teamwork to achieve success. The organizational culture depends on things such as stability, aggressiveness, and the paying attention of detail.  When the organization was created there was another set of rules that would go with it. For example if a women were the be raped then Air Force are taught that voicing complaints of sexual misconduct will cost them their jobs, and then they are less likely to speak up. That is what the national security act did.

In 1949 the Central intelligence act which was known as PL-110 (Public Law 110). This permitted the agency to use fiscal and administrative procedures and to also handle other essential aliens. This means that basically they are able to collect information about other countries. For example in wars the CIA will send spies to that country to search the premises and get information about the enemy. No this is not like James Bond will all that cool action things that he did.  This is why the Central intelligence agency act is important.
