Introduction
The world is becoming competitive day by day. There is a phrase of Charles Darwin (1809-1882) that, "survival is the fittest". We can see in our own eyes that, even the business is increasing. Now-a-days, not only the product based competition, but also the service based competition has occurred among the organizations. Therefore, the organization has to be more and more careful about the perfect quality of the product and the proper system management as well as customer care.

Curry's Digital
One of the most famous retailer organizations in UK named Curry's Digital. It is mainly an electrical retailer shop, owned by DSG International plc. It was founded in the year 2006. Its headquarters located in Hemel Hempstead, United Kingdom. The key person of the organization is named Nick Wilkinson. He is the managing director of this organization. Dixons retail plc is the parent company of Curry's digital.
There are three main departments of Curry's digital. Such as,
• Computing
• Home Entertainment
• Major Domestic Appliances
The store format of curry's digital is very similar to its sister stores Curry's. The stores layout tends to show space for mainly the computing and home entertainment rather than a small part in domestic appliances.
