I've had organizers over the years and I always say I'm going to follow a plan but most times I come up short. I get over using it rather quickly. So actually dedicating myself to a time management schedule was going to be very hard for me. They say one small step at a time right?
So I started with week two following closely. I've notice that my day seems more structured. I know in advance what's on my to do list. I'm usually good with remembering meeting and the time to attend but it helps just in case for those times where I do forget. I have more study time because it's planned out in advance and this is a major plus.
I noticed after a few hours how smoothly my day was going because I knew the layout of the day ahead. Following the schedule actually seem to add more time to my day. It also was the fact that, just as I stated before, the day was adequately structured allowing me to accomplish more things. The schedule gave me more time to study when followed. It added exercise to my schedule which I could hardly fit in. Actually, putting events on my schedule made me more likely to carry out what I penned in to do.
