Understanding

"Understanding"

D1. Knowledge what is it; by definition it is the state or fact of knowing, familiarity, awareness, or understanding gained through experience or study. Determine; to decide or settle conclusively and authoritatively. Action; the state or process of action or doing. Dead; no longer having significance or relevance.

D2. Education is nothing without success. What's the point in having all the knowledge available to you if you don't put it into action and make things happen?

D3. This quote is saying that if you don't do anything or go anywhere in life than your knowledge is useless. For instance why would you go to school to be a doctor and get a degree if you want to be a D.J. Knowledge is a very powerful tool, it can make change and make things happen.

D4. "Dead to us" what does that exactly mean? To me it means that it means absolutely nothing at all, it's worthless. If you want to make things happen you have to put your all into it and make them happen. Nothing is going to change over night it takes time and all the knowledge you can gather in order to succeed.

D5. My grandpa would always ask me "why do you want to go to college?" I would tell him that I wanted to be someone in life and go somewhere. He would than keep asking me why? It would make me think more and more about it until I got the full understanding of how important knowledge is. And how you have to start from the bottom and work your way up, it will take time but eventually
