Unrestricted License
Not all 16 year olds are bad drivers. It is stupid that California penalizes all young drivers. The State of California doesn’t understand that teenagers have trouble getting to school and sporting events because of parents that work. Also, the teenagers that are on the teams or that go to school with them can’t drive them because, they haven’t had their license for a year. With an unrestricted license it would make life less hectic for parents and teens.
We are teaching the kids responsibility by not restricing their licenses because, if they were to get caught doing something stupid they would get the same punishment as everyone else. This would help with less kids drinking and driving killing innocent people.
