Order Taking
When the CBIS is integrated with the new system of waiters on wheels, customers will have to create an account and load it. They have to give personal information such as their full name, contact numbers and home address which will be included in the Database of customers. When they want to order a meal, they have to call WOW and tell their name. The person responsible will have to input the customer's account number on the CBIS and all the information will be viewed including the amount that they still have as load. Once an order is placed, the CBIS will immediately deduct the amount of meal to the load in the account. Included in the CBIS are orders being taken and delivered. After ordering, the orders table will tally the order and total the payments every time an order is taken. They also have a database of the restaurants they are working with which are linked to the restaurants themselves. As orders are taken, restaurants will immediately be notified even when there are order changes.
