Who Should be President of the USA in 2008?

Although I am not eligible to vote for the next president and also was not aware of his name before, I have never seen a leader as unique as he. His name is Barack Obama; he is running for the Democratic presidential nomination and the presidential election. He always tries to be himself and stays grounded in the love of his family and his faith. He seems to wear his faith on his sleeve. There are many things about Obama which attract my attention: he shows that he genuinely cares about people, neither because of power nor money. Though he was not from a rich background, he has worked hard to reach where he is now. Even though he is a democrat, he does not try to attack Republicans or other parties unjustly but tries to unite the American people so as to regain the American Dream. His life experiences in different places including Hawaii, Indonesia, and Illinois help him to adopt flexible perceptions about different ways of life. The "Making Work Pay" tax credit will completely eliminate income taxes for 10 million Americans. The reason why I like Obama better than other candidates is because he also comes from the middle-class, he knows the difficulties people face. He also clearly mentioned that he will make the new tax law especially for the poor and middle-class people and self-employed small business owners. The other thing he mentioned is he will implement expanded loan programs for small business owners so that these people can hope to receive startup and long-term financing those small businesses could not get before.

Secondly, the in-state tuition fees for Americans have rapidly increased in the last few years and Barack Obama wants to make sure that every American family can send their children to college. He will try to make college fees affordable by creating
