World War 1 - Why Did Hitler Kill Jew

World War I was the first big war of the twentieth century. It started with an assassination and involved more countries than any war before it. Many European countries made agreements with each other and fought for four years. Nine million soldiers and 6 million civilians lost their lives in the war. What were the causes of WWI?

World War I was a lot worse then I thought because there where a lot less reasons that started World War I. A couple of years before WWI had started everyone had began building their military and buying more weapons which had cause militarism among the countries, which then would cause tension between the countries. The three countries that had spent the most money of weapons were France, Great Britain, and Germany. The member of the alliance system were divided by two groups there were the Members of the Triple Entente which consisted of Great Britain, France, and Russia and the other groups name is called the Members of the Triple Alliance which consisted of Italy, Austria Hungary, and Germany. The alliance systems contributed to the outbreak of WWI by secrete alliances which were basically saying if one country declared war on another country, which is secretly is allied with another country for protection. Those are some causes of WWI (Documents 1,2).

Some problems that also helped start WWI start were the accusations made by Austria-Hungary to Serbia and who was responsible against the war according to the Treaty of Versailles. The accusations made by Austria-Hungary were that Serbia’s group of terrorists that were based there called the Black hand killed Archduke Francis Ferdenan their heir to the throne. The two demands that Austria-Hungary made on Serbia were that Serbia condemn the dangerous propaganda against the Monarchy,
