Gen Y in the Workforce
While the times and the company’s employees are changing, it is important that not only
the younger employees need to be understood, but also the more senior employees need help
understanding and embracing the change. It is important to consider how the company will
embrace, manage, promote, and retain, these new, highly technical workers because Millennials
are not going away, they will only grow in the work force. Effective communication can give the
workplace a friendly atmosphere where employees are comfortable and can focus on doing what
they do best.

Sarah with facts and figures; he could have dug more information regarding his idea to support
his idea. This would have led to a peaceful workforce. On the other hand, Sarah could have given
a thought about Josh’s idea more before disregarding it completely with a counter argument.
