Problem Statement
Today, when the world move toward development and time move fast, in business world when challenges come daily .To face these challenges and to get achievement and success there is a need to do hard work .There is a only one way to encourage people to do hard work and that is motivate them. So that they do work hard to perform their job well in both private and public sectors to achieve their long term and short term goals. According to Irum shahzadi, Ayesha., 2014) when word employee motivation used it means “Employee motivation is a combination of the level of dynamism, assurance, and inspiration that employees bring in their work to increase productivity. If the organizations both private sectors and public sectors want their employees perform well they must know how to motivate them for that they must know how motivation impact on employees performance and consumer satisfaction and what factors motivate employees. .so they work with passion to achieve organization goals. There are many ways to motivate employees for example by increasing pay and benefit ,by providing good work environment ,better management system ,by providing promotion ,by providing power to make decisions, by providing training .In this research we study on how pay and benefit motivate employees to perform well and increase productivity and also how pay and benefit motivate consumer satisfaction. There are many researcher how do research to know how motivation impact on employees’ performance and consumer satisfaction and also do research to know what factors of motivation encourage employees to perform well.
