1. Version Control

This document is version 1 of the implementation plan and control systems for the backyard remodelling project at 1234 Project St. in Sudbury, ON. This version is subject to change as the project develops and will be identified as version 2 and so forth.

2. Project Summary

TCCUM Contracting Inc. plans to create an extraordinary outdoor paradise in Mr. and Mrs. Smith’s backyard. How the company intends to execute this plan is outlined in this document. The goal of this project is to remodel the backyard of Mr. and Mrs. Smith’s residence located at 1234 Project St. in Sudbury, ON. The lot has dimensions of approximately 4,300 square feet. The following components will be implemented in the remodelling design:

  1. A garden oasis which includes a variety of plants and vegetation.
  2. A relaxing hot tub and sauna area overlooking the garden.
  3. A fully equipped patio (complete with kitchen & barbeque area) that can entertain   family and friends.
