“The Good Stuff”
I have a passionate interest in drama. Whether it is on television, from people I know, real or not real, I love drama. I realized I had a passion for drama when I entered into Seton Academy High School. As most people know girls are gossipers. But with gossip comes what else…drama. I think drama makes the world go around.
Having an interest in drama takes a lot of skill. I have to be a very good listener. Sometimes people don’t really want others to know so they decide to whisper. It is at this point that I have to be an eaves dropper. Eaves dropping takes a lot of dedication in itself. For example, when you’re in a room full of loud people, you have to know how to cancel everyone out to hear the people that are talking about the drama or the “good stuff” as I like to call it.
Sometimes it is hard to get details about drama from certain people, especially when you don’t know them that well. So you have to have likeability skills. At this point, you can’t be too straight forward about what you want to know. You have to know how to ease your way into obtaining the “good stuff”. For instance, you overhear two girls having a conversation about something that sounds like the “good stuff”.
