Some ways to improve your sleeping habits is change your sleeping habits.some ways you can change your sleeping is to try and train your brain to seek better sleep. In the passage one way it say to seek better sleep is when it states “the first tasks is to set up your sleep environment and establish a relaxing bedtime routine”. This means that you should change some aspects of where you sleep and how you sleep. Also this means you can change when you need to go to sleep and for how long you should go to sleep.

Another way you can improve sleeping habits is to to change the way you sleep. One thing you can do is develop a sleep routine.one example of this is when it states “Taking a warm bath or shower, reading a book, listening to soothing music, meditating or doing light stretches are all good options”. This is to relax and calm yourself so that you can have a good night sleep. Also you can get the amount of sleep you need every night and the amount of sleep that you can get at night.

Some other things that you can do is “ eliminate all bright lights, as even the blue light of cellphones or laptops can be disruptive”. This can help you get to sleep faster and stay asleep. Another thing you can do is “eliminate disturbing sounds”. This is so that this does not distract you from your sleep.
