Sales Promotion Schedule
The initial sales promotion will be as followers: Sales promotion one will take place at Verizon Wireless home office location. The second promotion will take place at Weight Watchers main office. The final promotion will consist of internet promotion and will consist of mainly text messaging
and emails via the wireless phones between existing consumers.
The first sales promotion will run for a total of three days. Each day will consist of prices, raffles, games, and a huge introduction to Mobil Weight Watchers. The second day will consist of informational classes and instructions that will help consumers understand how the service will work and how it will help them to continue on their weight lost path. The final day will consist of demonstrations and finally signing up for the program.
The first day will be considered a fun day. People love to have fun, and it is important that when marketing a new product or services, consumers are comfortable with the people that are marketing the products or service. The consumers will be allowed the chance to win door prizes. The door prizes will be for the first 10 people. The door prizes will be free text messaging for a month, watch watcher bucks, one free meal, and a recipe booklet. The company will raffle a free trip for 4 to Universal Studios. There will also be with lost trivia and name that tune for prizes.
The informational classes will help consumers to understand the product. There will be three classes to introduce Mobil Weight Watchers to consumers. They will learn the service and products. They will find out the importance of the program between Verizon Wireless and Weight Watchers. They will find out how convient it is for them to sign up and be apart of this venture.
Day three will allow the consumers the chance to get a free trail and also to see how the service works. Consumers that are not Verizon Wireless customers will be offered special incentives form Verizon wireless to join the Verizon Wireless family. This will allow consumers to make the final decision about the service. Consumers will have the chance to sign up. Any consumers that participated in all three days will receive a 10 day free trail offer. They will have to be sinned up with Verizon Wireless for the free offer.
