Ethic and Ethical leadership is design to help associates to understand what is expected of them when they provide care and conduct business, particularity with respect to Medicare and Medicaid programs and their beneficiaries. The code of ethics give associates guidance about how to have proper and productive relationships with one another, patiens, physicains, third-party, vendors andconsultants. More importantly, the code of ethics are meant to help associates understand the federal, state and local laws, the ethical standards and the Center policies that govern the way we provide care and coduct business. The code is design to help all of us understand what is ecpected of us and to ensure that our work is donw in an ethical and legal manner. The Center expect the Code will help promote and facilitate a corporate culture of "doing the right the right way." They believe that associates already come to work wanting to do a good and honest job. As a result, the Code and the policies it contains must be followed. Each associate has an obligation to know, understand and follow the guidelines and policies described in the Code of Ethics. As a leader in this organization I would look for executives, senior managers and other leaders to lead by example encouraging all associates to become familiar with and to abide by the Code of Ethics and policies. I expect leaders to be role models in every respect, to ensure that team members have the information they need to comply with applicable laws, standards and policies, as well as resources they need
