Reason on Why We Choose the Sate Stall Is

Reason on why we choose the Sate stall is:

• Lack of social media site for advertising & communication

Compare to the other stalls, this Sate stall does not have any advertising in social media site such as Facebook, Instagram and blogs. So, the customers couldn’t get an accurate information regarding the stall. No easy way communication through online is available such as WhatsApp to reach the customer effectively.

• Don’t have an official name, banner and business card

Since this Satay stall does not have any official name as well as banner, it become less recognizable by the customers among the other Sate stall. For instance, people couldn’t identify the operating hours of this Sate stall. The Sate stall does not give any importance for the business card even though they accepting big orders which reflect them as less professional.

• Lack of promotion

No promotion is given for regular customer even though they buy the Sate in large quantity. Whenever customer wanted to place an order for the Sate during any big event, no promotion is given for them and this leads to disappointment for their customers. During festive seasons (especially Hari Gawai and Christmas), no promotion is provided and customers feel unsatisfied with this service.

• Willingness of the owner to Cooperate ( NOT SURE)

The owner of the Sate stall willing to cooperate with us in giving more information regarding the stall. By now, we able to get the information regarding the background of the stall, customer’s preference, monthly profit, variety in product, current problems facing by the stall and so on.
