The reasons that we choose this products

Firstly, this product is a handicraft. Once our members know the step of production, we can finish the product very well. At the same time, it can help us cut the cost of employing senior technician. Secondly, the material we chose is waste paper, which is easy found from everywhere like old newspaper, magazines and comic books. Thirdly, according to our company’s aim, the product’s material can be recycled, and they will be more environmental. Apart from it, on the basis of the information we have search before on the Internet, we discovered that most students want their own spaces more clean and well-order. Considering that, the product we design can make students’ desk more well-organized and even more beautiful.

Four managerial functions work in our team :

Planning

Firstly, top manager decided that our team’s goal was to manufacture environmental product and sell it at an appropriate price.

Second, top manager has to choose use recycle resources to achieve our goals ,and then she chose the row material is out of date animation magazines.

Third, our team only has limited funds to buy labor and other resources, so top manager needs to build departments and directly monitor on them.

So top manager chose a low cost strategy to achieve high profit to produce goods more cheaply than competitors and emphasize environmental concept.

Organizing

Top manager thought team’s organizational environment is stable, so she chose mechanistic organizational structure. Our organization is the full participation and every member are eager to keep improving. We have a human Resource department to help our company find new valuable people and communicate our company members inside.

Leading

Top manager used expectancy theory and need theory to motivate her staff. If some of her staff have prominent behavior, top manager will give him/her performance bonus. Top manager overhauled its bonus structure to more closely align pay with long-term performance. At the same time, top manager paid abundant attention on fair to motivate my staff work hard.
