Essay title: A Walk to Remember
The story started when Landon was at the age of 57. He goes back to the time when he was 17 years old. Landon Carter was a popular boy at school who had many friends. He decided to join the drama-group because else he had to choose science which was even more bad than drama. Jamie was a religion girl, daughter of the reverence. She was kind of dull, wore her hair always in a bun same as she always wore the same clothes, she had no friends and she was always carrying the holy bible with her. She did a lot of voluntary work like caring for the orphans. She also joined Drama class. She had a very close relationship with her father. Her father also wrote this years play and he wanted Jamie to play the role of the angel. It had to be perfect this year. When prom came up Landon hadn’t got a date and he ended up with Jamie. They went together and to Landon the whole evening was very boring. He still didn’t like Jamie. When Landon got into trouble with his ex-girlfriend Jamie stood up for him. 2 days later she asked Landon to help her with the orphans. He couldn’t say no to her because she helped him at the prom night. So Landon helped her with the orphans. At the end of the day she asked Landon to play the main character in the school play. She asked it in such a sweet way and Landon knew her father wanted it to be perfect so he promised to play the role. He still didn’t like her back than. They practiced lines together and Landon got to know her better now. Then the play came up and when Jamie appeared on stage she was so beautiful with her hair hanging loosely on her shoulders (not in a bun) and a pretty white dress, Landon stood there with his mouth hanging open and said
