2. OBJECTIVE
Kujang has a glorious past of being a center for social & developmental activities. People in and around kujang largely depends on Kujang block for education, healthcare, law and order, business etc. Bun Behari High School, Kujang has a splendid past of providing quality education to the students since 1902.Kujang block is the nerve centre for public activities constituting police station, nodal postal office, telephone exchange, government hospital and local market.
There is a strong need to understand the current challenges faced by the block and its surrounding villages that is contributing to degradation of quality of living. The current challenges are lack of awareness of people about their fundamental rights, education, hygiene, sanitation and the purpose of living.
The Foundation is set up with an objective of providing long term solutions to the above mentioned challenges, bringing about a revolution against the social evils ,improving quality of living by working in the areas of education, healthcare, sanitation, culture, woman & child welfare.
3. ENROLMENT OF FOUNDER MEMBERS
A student of Bun Behari High School, Kujang who has passed out class 10th Examination in the year of 1992 are eligible as a founder member of the organization. All the founder members are required to deposit an enrollment fee of Rs.200.00 (Rupees Two Hundred Only) to confirm their membership. All founder members are required to submit their matriculation certificate, failing which membership will not be accepted. Founder members must submit their consent as per format KDF/FORM/1.0
4. ENROLMENT OF INVITED MEMBERS
Invited membership will be accepted from persons of high integrity, proven track record of contributions to education, social causes, public services, and healthcare. Existing HODs of various offices Central Goverments, Orissa Governments, Corporates, NGOs are eligible for Invited membership.
No enrollment fee is applicable for Invited members.
To accept invited membership verbal consent of at least 2/3rd members (rounded off to next higher digit) of executive committee is mandatory.
One person will be nominated as coordinator for Invited Members body by the executive committee.
5. SELECTION OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER
The pioneering executive committee has been formed comprising following Coordinators. (Ref: Appendix-3)

7. COORDINATOR PLANNING & EXECUTION
The coordinators will be selected every financial year from the Founder members with new members taking responsibility. Candidates who volunteer for the position of coordinator will be selected after a voting among the existing founder members. For a position of coordinator a candidate should have
