This paper will define the issues that appear in the Decisions in Paradise business scenario. It will discuss the forces that are involved in formulation of the problem that Nix has do deal with in her first new assignment as an Executive Assistant working at Raytheon. It will also, talk about the formulation and tools and techniques dealing with her boss Alex the director of strategic planning in Kava.
This was Nix's first new job she landed just a couple weeks ago before finishing her degree The position is an Executive's Assistant working for a Company call Raytheon. The first week was overwhelm in a epigrammatic introduction to Raytheon Company, human resource procedures, organization processes, and an summary of the country in which she had been consigned, Kava, an island in the South Pacific, and making flight arrangements to get her there. What exactly were her specific duties engulfed in her new assignment no one knew.
Nix first day on the job to the Island of Kava, it was not all what she perceived it to be she had found this part of paradise to be a mess. The issue that appeared first was meeting her supervisor Alex, the director of strategic planning; whom she thought was the receptionist. Alex explains the facts about the Inland of Kava. He explains it was a significant inland country in the South Pacific; the people over 50 percent were under the age of 15. The Ethnic mix of native are South Pacific tribes, oriental (Chinese primarily), African, French, Spanish and a sizeable number of American since the World War II.
