Integrity I've learned from the early stages in my life that a man only has his integrity to hold on to when all else fails. Throughout my experience working in various law firms and institutions where integrity is the center of their existence, I have learned to commit to and expect excellence in every thing that I encounter. Integrity, which is among the highest standards of ethical conduct, is the only acceptable way I would conduct business. Integrity is placed at the top of the list because I believe that without it, personal and organizational decisions have no validity and runs the risk of complicating a situation or even worse, ruining it. If a person has integrity, there is the present of the "what if" theory. With this theory, one is able to scrutinize decisions/choices and view those choices from different perspectives.

Responsibility The lessons I've learned and experienced to this present day, have taught me how to be accountable and responsible for my actions. Being responsible is a part of who I am and is an attribute that allows me to be dependable and reliable to my family, other individuals, and within a work environment. Responsibility is placed second on the list because I believe that it is the accountability factory that is often filtered down and transgressed through one's integrity. One's integrity channels his/her decisions. One's decisions reveal his/her level of responsibility.

Competence For me, competence is having the gift of knowledge, ability and expertise. Competence fuels all of my efforts and reaffirms my ability to proceed with due diligence and tenacity in all that I encompass. Competence is placed third on the list because I believe that education alone does not give one the competence he/she needs. Competence is also gained through being held accountable and responsible for various tasks. The level of responsibility holds one accountable for various decisions and often reinforces his/her level of competency.

Leadership Leadership is seen as the energetic driving force behind people who willingly commit to and follow through with a company's mission. I am indeed that type of person. I have acquired and continue to acquire
