Moral Influences My experience with Moral influences good or bad is. That You can be influenced to go all types of ways with the company. If you’re influenced in a positive way in your decision making .Then people will respect you more then ever because they see you have morals. Like my company people see that I want them happy and that I won’t just do anything to make a buck. Having good morals in life will help you make good decisions. If you surround yourself with good people then. They will influence you to make good decision. So having good business morals will make you a better decision maker. The company that you work for will see the consistent moral decision making and will be glad to have you part of the team.
Belief Having belief in your decisions. Making when it comes to your company is key. You have to believe in what you’re doing. In my Business I have to believe if I purchase 10 shirts that ten shirts will sell. Having belief in your decisions will only come with time and other decision that you’ve already made. When it comes to making that important decisions. That could cost people their jobs. Having the belief that you made the right decision for the company falls on you. If your belief when making a decision is that it’s best for the company. Then you’re making a good decision.
Quality If you don’t have a quality product then making decisions. On how to market and promote your item will be hard. Like if I purchase cheap paper for my t-shirts. Then My sales will go down because people will see the quality of the cheap paper used to make the shirts. You have to have quality decisions. Making when it comes to purchasing materials. Quality decision making comes from how you want to be viewed as a company. Quality decision making ranges from purchasing a good product, hiring good and responsible people and marketing to a target group. Plus staying consistent with your last decision about a company issues.
