The following pages provide you with year-by-year illustrative figures for the premiums payable and the benefits of the policy you have chosen.Where bonuses are included in any values contained in this illustration, such values are not guaranteed and will depend on the amount of bonuses declared by the Company from time to time,if any depending upon the actual investment experience of the Company.
How this Insurance Plan Works
As long as the Policy remains in force, this policy will provide you with a guaranteed Sum Assured, which is tax-free subject to section 10(10D) of the Income Tax Act, as it stands today. The Premiums payable by you will remain fixed and will not change as long as the policy remains in force. In addition, the Base Policy accumulates guaranteed cash value and accrues bonuses at such rates,as may be declared by the Company from time to time. Such bonuses, wherever applicable, are illustrated at two different assumed rates of return on investment of funds - a higher and a lower rate.Bonus by definition is always non-guaranteed.
