"Love"

According to Dictionary.com the definition of love is, "a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person and sexual passion or desire. The one thing this dictionary will never be able to tell you will be the different kinds of love in the world today. Love can take on many different forms and can be very translucent at times. No one can tell you how it feels to be in love, because it feels different to everybody.

The first type of love is the family love. This is feeling you get when you are around your family. The love you feel for your sister or your brother. The love you carry deep within your heart for your mother and father. This is mostly an unconditional form of love, meaning no matter what the other person may do, you will always love them in this family love kind of way.

The second type of love is what I call a brotherly love. This is the feeling you show toward an individual, male or female, that has been with you through thick and thin. The feelings you have for the person beside you in a fox hole during war, caused by the knowledge that you know he or she will have your back just as you will have theirs. This is the form of love you show your friends that you hang out with on weekends. This type of love shows more respect to the other person or people, giving them the respect of yourself shows your loyalty to them and their endeavors.

The third and probably the most important form of love is the "true love." Without this form of love the world would cease to exist. This is the form that allows you to be intimate with another person physically and mentally. This form of love is the one that can give you that sick feeling in the pit of your stomach when you are away from the one you love so much.
