I believe that organizational structure is the most important part of the organizational analysis. This is because the organizational structure is very important to know, because this will help you know how successful a business is and, how this affects the success of the employees. I feel that knowing this is very critical to the business success.

The structure can either help or cause problems with the effectiveness of how efficient it is to help productivity. The way that information is working to get to whom it needs to and how it flows is a part of this. You also need a clear and effective reporting structure. Without clear communication in place for the way information gets to people and ideas gets back to the correct person affects the ideas that people may have to improve in an area of the organization. This is very important to the organizational structure as these ideas could have an affect on the success of the company.

Something that may not be so obvious is how the structure of the organization can help or block the way employees act in the areas they work in. Sometimes the structure of an organization can over look an employee and the way in which they could be helping more in the organization. This has lead to many employees seeking employment else where, and becoming very productive for another company. For example, maybe an employee is very dedicated to what they are doing. But then they are working with poor equipment that hinders the way they could be better productive. This could make this person feel like the company does not care. If the equipment is always breaking this can also affect the way the employee starts to feel about the company if they have repeatedly let it be known that production could be so much better if the equipment were replaced. This could cause the person to start feeling that the company does not care and dull their feelings for the company. This person may leave and become successful at another company just because they become more empowered. It would be bad to lose a very good worker to another company because of
