The company offers its own software products, including Mac OS X, the company's operating system software for the Macintosh (Mac); iOS, the company's mobile operating system; server software and application software. AppleCare offers a range of support options for the company's customers. These options include assistance that is built into software products, printed and electronic product manuals, online support, including product information, as well as technical assistance, and the AppleCare Protection Plan (APP).
