Behavior Change
I selected a behavior to change about me to make my life better. It is a great thing to do for me because if affects a lot of people in my life, but mostly me. The behavior that I have decided to change is my short temper (anger management).
Anger is an emotional state that varies in intensity from mild irritation to intense rage. Like other emotions it is accompanied by physiological and biological changes. When you are angry, your heart rate and blood pressure rises, as so the levels of your energy hormones, adrenaline, and noradrenaline. Anger can be caused by not only at people or events but also because of memories and personal problems.
I am usually a very outgoing lovable person. The thing is, is that I can be the real me one minute but I can snap just like that. I feel like I black out, I say and do things I do not mean.
