Introduction
Coca-Cola is a carbonated soft drink selling in more than 200 countries.[1] It is first introduced in 1886 and is produced by The Coca-Cola Company which is originated in the US. Based on Interbrand's best global brand 2011, Coca-Cola was the world's most valuable brand .Besides, various flavors of coca cola are introduced, including Cola Cherry, Cola Vanilla, Cola Green Tea and so forth. In this project, we aim to Point out the most important stakeholders, analyse Micro environment by using Porters Five Forces, Analyse Macro environment by using PESTLE and finally suggest potential future strategies
Most important stakeholders
Customer is obviously the most important stakeholder in Coca Cola Company as customers are the one who create market demand. Without market demand, it is impossible for the firm to make any profits. So we need to try our best to satisfy the customers, for example, producing beverages in which many people like them, setting a reasonable price, ensuring the beverages are safe for drinking and so on.
Porters five Forces
