Hispanics Discriminate When the Opportunity Arrises
History of Discrimination in Business. Having spent many tens of hundreds of hours studying the origin, progression of and consequences of discrimination, I was skeptical when I heard more and more frequently the experience of non Hispanic ethnic groups when under the management of hispanic organizations claiming discrimination. However, my own experience in San Antonio Texas took me by surprise and leaves little doubt as to the validity of that claim. Is that practice isolated to unchecked management practices? Is the issue protected due to the political climate where politically our elected officials do not want to upset the Hispanic population. Whatever the reasoning is Hispanic against non Hispanic, aged, and the disabled population has managed to progressed along the predictable point of the discriminated against (Hispanic population) have become the discriminators.
My personal observation showed hostility from Hispanics in power toward African Americans, all non-Hispanic groups, the disabled, and aging population.
