Abstract
Organizational behavior is a key concept for witch an organization can measure their change and growth. With a culture made up of diversity, communication, ethics, and the right management an organization can have unlimited potential.
Hutchinson Clinic
The Hutchinson Clinic is a team of 64 physicians with over 700 healthcare professionals located in Central Kansas. This team has pooled their resources and has as their goal the highest possible standard of comprehensive medical and surgical care under the same roof. Representing the major specialties of medicine, the Clinic physicians are able to bring their cumulative training and experience to each patient's needs.
History
Hutchinson Clinic was founded in 1959 by five physicians, with the addition of two more in 1960. In 1961 these seven physicians and 25 employees occupied the first Clinic facility located at 12th and Main.
The Clinic moved in 1978 to its current location at 2101 North Waldron. A new addition was built which opened in September of 1995. In the summer of 1999, the Clinic opened a campus building housing general surgery, allergy and neurology services.
Offering comprehensive
