Organizational Definition

In writing this success plan I have had to expand my future plan based on a set of criteria. How will I do this? My credentials are as follows; this plan is my own also as a senior business student I have gained the knowledge and tools needed to analyze important criterion. These criteria extend over many aspects previously unconsidered, such as, my organizational definition, wage objective, SWOT's, strategies, and finally benchmarks.

I. Organizational definition

a. Goal:

1. Is to generate a satisfactory income over my lifetime, which will allow me to travel and be a philanthropist.

2. To retire at a young age and earn a residual income.

3. To make a positive difference in the world, in whichever way possible.

4. To make my money and take cause to a political "Green" action.

b. Mission:

1. I anticipate making the majority of my income through technological services.

2. The benefits I'll bring to the table consist of the ability to envision novel concepts along with the skills and knowledge necessary to implement them.

c. Vision:

1. To find myself sitting on a beach some day with a mi tai in one hand and a cell phone in the other, congratulating my children on their accomplishment as students, where I have paid for their education.

2. To never let money be an issue in any of my relationships.

3. To be able to do what I want, when I want.

4. To be able to help people in need

5. To be able to support my mother in her later years.

6. To be able to help my children achieve success.

7. To help my family and friends

8. To afford toys, aka cars, boats, etc.

9. To afford land, 1000+ acres.

d. Values:

1. I believe that in this day and age our environment is of most concern. I would like to someday market and implement a technology that will serve to sustain and improve life on earth for many generations to come.

2. I feel that honesty and integrity are of the most lacking, but also most important attributes for businesses. While this may never be fully implemented in businesses, I will do my part to implement it for me and my employees.

3. I feel that businesses owe society a certain debt, revenue generating activity involves energy consumption which to a point is covered by pollution credits. However this only goes so far, many other factors must be considered. I feel that rather than buy strictly pollution credits, a company must also invest in the community in which it resides.

II. Salary and Wage income Objective:

a. Overall my goal is to make $7,000,000 over my lifetime, not including investments and retirement plans.

b. My main goal is to be able to enjoy life, whether raising children or traveling, and to be able to afford to live not just comfortably but consistently.

c. I would like to have earned this sum of income by the 23rd of June 2036, after which I plan to retire.

III. Environmental Scan

a. Internal Scan:

1. Resources:

a. I have developed an understanding of the construction and engineering process. Computer engineering, web development, and mobile application development have become my spare time hobbies.

b. Aside from my degree, I have three years of working experience, ranging from Administrative Assistant to Project manager, Civil Engineering intern, and Teaching assistant.

c. Network of high up connections in various industries, these connections like some of my ideas and some are even willing to invest.

2. Capabilities:

a. I have really taken to application and internet engineering; I feel that there is still room for these markets to grow.

b. Lots of business plans, not only do I have the ideas, but I'm not scared to sell people on my ideas.

c. My work experience has taught me on the job management skills, and my education has taught me the principals of management.
