Beaumont Services Company, L.L.C. is an organization that provides services to
other organizations, such as construction management, facilities management, and audit
preparation for medical organizations. This organization appeals to me because it
concentrates on cost savings and customer relations. This organization is in existence to
help other organizations and that appeals to my nature. Beaumont Services Company
is an organization where effective teamwork and positive customer relations is
vital.
Beaumont Services Company, L.L.C. has values that are very similar to my own
values, which makes me feel like I really belong within the organization. The essence of
Beaumont Services Company is centered around values such as teamwork,
reliability, productiveness, pride in the organization, problem solving, and accountability.
I share all the same values as Beaumont Services Company, but of these values I
highly believe in teamwork, reliability, pride, and accountability.
Beaumont Services Company, L.L.C. embodies all seven of the primary
characteristics of organizational culture, to some degree. The characteristics that best fit
Beaumont Services Company are attention to detail, outcome orientation, and team
orientation. Strict attention to detail is necessary in the organization because Beaumont
Services Company is primarily a cost-savings group for other organizations. This
includes, but is not limited to, researching and tracking invoices and contracts,
overseeing construction projects, and forming effective management teams. Without
careful attention to detail Beaumont Services Company would fail as an organization

because the majority of their business is centered around details of other organizations
that may have been previously overlooked. Outcome orientation is also an important
characteristic of organization culture to Beaumont Services Company, because their job
is to save money, time, and planning for other organizations. Beaumont Services
Company, L.L.C. also is a team oriented organization. Many of their projects are centered
around team effort and team results. When other organizations enlist Beaumont Services
Company for help a team is sent for a diagnosis of the other organization’s issues. The
entire process of rectifying and managing the other organization’s issues is all team
processes.
