Rules and Regulations Accommodation

1. You are expected to wear the Abhyudaya ID-card with you at all times.

2. Accommodation is separate for men and women. Entry of men in women hostel is prohibited and vice versa

3. The unlawful possession, use, purchase, or distribution of alcohol, illicit drugs and controlled substances on College property is strictly prohibited.

4. Inappropriate behaviour and misuse of facilities will not be tolerated. The rooms and surrounding area should be kept clean and in a hygienic state . Participants  are responsible for the care of furniture and fittings in their respective rooms.  In case of damage or loss of hostel property, the cost will be recovered from the participants responsible for such damage or loss from their caution deposit.

5. Kindly refrain from contacting with unauthorized media during the festival. If you do come to know of any such activities, please inform the organizing team immediately.

6. Participants should refrain from entering into restricted areas.

7. The decision of the organizers will be final and binding. 

8. Participants and non – participants are requested to register on entry.

9. Participants are recommended to record their entry and exit from the campus at the security desk. Participants and non –participants will not be permitted to leave the campus after ###10:00 pm 

10. Participants are responsible for their belonging and valuables. The management shall not be responsible for any losses.

Mess Timings:

**   Food coupons provided cannot be redeemed for cash

Only Vegetarian food will be served. No outside food is permitted to be brought inside the Hostel and no cooking is allowed inside hostel.

The system of self service will be followed as far as possible in the mess. All participants, after finishing the meals, are requested to  leave their respective plates/glasses in the wash area and in bins marked.
