Hello, my name is Trine Thisgaard. I am 14 years old, and I come from Denmark. I would like to introduce myself and explain why I should have a school year in USA. I have always wanted to go to USA, but I haven’t got the chance. I really admire everything in USA, it’s just bigger and better. A year in USA! I mean it’s a chance to study and meet new people, and it will open new chances for me. I think I have a great knowledge, and I plan to organize a group that helps the poor in USA. If I get chosen to be an exchange student here, I will definitely do my best to help in any way possible.

I think that this school got the abilities that I am seeking, and I think that this is the place for me. I want to move on to new challenges, and I think that this place could give me the challenges that I am looking for. I want to try something new, something bigger and something greater, and I think that USA is the answer. USA is the country of possibilities. I want to launch a career in USA, and I think that this would be a great place to start.

I think you should chose me, because I got the will and the abilities, to lead my dreams out in the world. I will fight for this school, and I will fight for my chances. I think the last thing I need, is to improve my oral language. I need to get some accent into my language, and that is also why I want this scholarship. I doesn’t think you can learn it in a better way, than living in an English-speaking country.
