This paper will focus on the planning and design of HR system. I will describe and analyze the Human Resource System and show the key factors that will ensure that the HR systems are run properly. Based on the information gathered, I will show why there is a need for improvement in the system and why there is a need for an upgrade. Some Information systems play an important role in the management system for Human Resource personnel to use. This system will improve in several different areas of the Human Resource Department .Record keeping & Personal Administrative will show the most improvement.

Microsoft SharePoint is a web-based intranet that will allow you to improvement in the Resource Department and the organization's effectiveness. SharePoint will streamline all of the management data. SharePoint is a web based document management program that is used on the Microsoft platform. SharePoint allows Human Resource personnel to easily make sites from start to finish.

Most of the features come right out of the box and are easy to start. The features are simple to modify, and change the context and the design on the pages. You don't have to be an expert web master to use SharePoint .Their features are made so that even the novice or an expert user can quickly create, customize and publish a site that will look great for your company the system designer make sure that you will be able to meet and exceed the need of any specific business need that may arrive in for your company.

Microsoft SharePoint can be used to design solutions and workflow forms that can be accessed by any personnel in the company through an intranet or an internet based computer to gain access to company files.
