I choose the company Starbucks. Starbucks mission statement is to inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time. Starbucks wants to be the premier provider of the finest coffee in the world while not compromising on their principles. The use of six guiding principles help them stay focus with their values. The first is providing a work environment that treats their employees with respect and dignity. The second is by using diversity as an essential component in the way they do business. The third is having the highest standards of excellence to their coffee from purchasing through delivery. The fourth is making sure that the customers our satisfied all the time. The fifth is contributing in a positive way to the environment and the community. The sixth is staying profitable. They want their employees to be at their personal best at all times. I think that their website was enticing and very effective in attracting high quality candidates. Their principles are very fitting to get candidates to apply.
