This article relate to class because technological is one of the external factors that company’s and major organizations have no control over.  Technology and electronics is a growing and advancing market allowing entrepreneurs the ability to conduct business transaction on an iPhone using a connectable piece that swipes credit and debit cards. An observation that has been determined through experiences working in retail and marketing is consumers tend to be attracted to the use of technology in a shopping atmosphere. For example, in reference to the app that allows entrepreneurs that ability to conduct transaction on a smart-phone, will fascinate customers and give them the impression that your business is technologically advanced.
