Over the last decade, Apple as name was referred to once the world’s most valuable company. They have been successful because they have ready to resolve every competitive challenge that they have handled trouble emerged. They took the essential time in order to examine and to review the state they were in, so they could see what they have not measured yet and where their competitors were better and also what they could use. At that time, Apple recognized that they could not participate in the market where other companies were better and they were running strongly, so they decided to concentrate on getting really good products. It is Apple’s myopia. Marketing myopia occurs when a company makes the researches and development products but ignore to consider customer needs. In addition, because they knew they could not depend on that crowded market, so they needed to come up a new strategy to become a company advantage and Apple did it regularly. By innovating again and again in the race to satisfy the customer needs and made them happy that may a way Apple’s competitors just did not seem able to approach. For every great innovation what they did, they also carry on adding small innovations to get more profit out of them. From every great innovation, Apple would interchange to the new industries. For example, Apple has attained a competitive advantage compare to Google, Samsung, Nokia in the smartphone industry and even Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung and HP in tablet computer industry. By outstanding to its competitors or the industry over a lengthy period of time has a sustainable competitive advantage.
