The Chore of the Core
Being only a speck among millions and billions of creations in the entire world, it is absurd to comment on the control of this dynamic universal configuration. Day after day, we are amazed to watch formations of fresh groups, with vivid and vibrant talents and ideas around us. Discovery of new solar systems, latest combinations of flora and fauna are all speeding up towards up-gradation of existing species.
The charming part of a summit is the crown with which it is decorated. Similarly, leaders that form the core of any group shall own determined mind and flawless personality that sparkles the whole organization. Ideas and opinions that come out of them might clash and ignite to blend and form a novel scheme. The strategic act shown by the core team to avoid mutual strains, definitely promotes spirits of understanding and self esteem among members.
There is every possibility for the core team to come across challenges in various forms from tiny pricks, to strong hits, pestering from mere rodents and poison from deadly snakes. It seems to be rather difficult for the core group to satisfy each and every member. The responsibility of the core group to lead team members towards their goal requires high potentials in such a way as to influence and win the faith of its members. This could be achieved to a great extent by presenting meaningful, inspiring talks and deeds with a confident smile and an honest glance with their clear eyes.
